The front desk staff are very helpful, efficient and always greet you with a smile. They do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and catered for. Special thanks for Kirlos and Nesrin. The hotel is a good and safe choice with nice views of the corniche. It can get busy at peak seasons yet the hotel staff try their best to accommodate bookings.

This is a little feedback on my stay at sofitel ABUDHABI :The suites are very beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very attentive staff and available to take into account all customer requests whatever they may be really I was always very satisfied so i would like to thank miss Nesrin for her attentiveness and kindness during my stay. I took full advantage of the swimming pool: the view outside is magnificent, day and night, and it's really very pleasant. I will definitely be coming and staying here again

It's very near to the shopping mall restaurant and supermarket to the Corniche beach walking distance food is good

I came for business trip and i had no time to enjoy the city but i really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel .The lobby area it’s shining with the beautiful fresh flowers plus the services are very quick and the staff are very friendly and professional especially Ms Nesrin she’s so kind and professional i highly recommend her. Add to that the food, the swimming area it’s nice to have a drink and work if you don’t have much time to enjoy . I will absolutely return back with my family next time .

We arrived early in the morning before check in times but were well looked after. Our concierge, Saju, was amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left. I truly believe that it's the people that make a place, and the staff here are all amazing and go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. Saju was a fountain of knowledge and helpful advice on where to go and when to go to various places. He went so far as to ensure our one trip where our daughter missed out on a camel ride, was fulfilled by arranging a quick trip to make it happen! If we come back to Abu Dhabi then the is only one place to stay for us.
